- Preferred but not essential, Level 3 Children & Young People’s Workforce (Social Care)
- Be IT Confident – the use of technology is part of the in the day to day reporting, receiving instruction and job training. Guidance will be given; however, individuals MUST be computer confident.
Responsibilities of Support Worker:
To enable you to build solid professional relationships and succeed as part of our team, you will dedicate your commitment to one Semi Independent Home to:
- Enable access to safe and supportive educational and leisure activities
- Support the development of life skills including building and sustaining positive relationships and independence skills such as budgeting, shopping, and cooking
- Supporting the young person in ensuring the home is clean, hygienic and well-equipped
- Represent Pennine Youth Support and advocate for children in our partnership with professionals.
